Our Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

* Unused and unworn
* In its original condition
* In the original packaging, when applicable
* Returned with proof of purchase or order number

Items Eligible for Return
The following items may generally be returned if they meet the conditions above:

* T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel
* Plush toys
* Books
* Gift items and accessories
* Seasonal merchandise

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns on:

* Personalized or custom-made items
* Digital downloads
* Gift cards
* Final sale or clearance items
* Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
* Items returned without prior approval
* Any item not in its original condition

For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, we may also decline returns on certain opened items if they cannot be safely restocked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

* Your full name
* Order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review the issue, we may offer one of the following:

* A replacement item
* Store credit
* A full or partial refund

We want this process to be simple and caring, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Apparel Sizing & Fit
Please review sizing information carefully before ordering apparel. Because fit can vary by style, brand, and personal preference, we encourage customers to check product measurements when available.

If an apparel item does not fit, returns may be accepted only if the item is:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage
* In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved size-related returns.

Books, Plush, and Gift Items
We gladly accept returns on eligible books, plush toys, and gift items that are unopened or unused and returned in original condition.

We cannot accept returns on these items if they show signs of use, damage, or handling that prevents resale, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us first at Orders@opstnick.org

Please include:
* Your order number
* The item(s) you would like to return
* The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The item arrived damaged
* The item is defective
* We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note:
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
* Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet our return requirements
* In some cases, **store credit** may be offered instead of a refund

Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items. If you would like a different size or replacement item, please contact us and we will let you know the best option based on product availability.

If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly work with you on a replacement when possible.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed, produced, or shipped.

Because some products may move quickly into fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Operation St. Nick is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at Orders@opstnick.org, and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
* Check around your delivery location
* Ask household members or neighbors
* Contact your local carrier

While we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-marked delivered packages, we will do our best to assist you.
